Emergency Response Trailer
Hulcher Services' Emergency Response (ER) Trailer is a consolidated, mobile equipment and supplies resource in a semi trailer.
The ER Trailer is designed for:
- emergency response
- environmental remediation
- waste consolidation / disposal*
- tank cleaning and other tank services
- industrial maintenance
- line cleaning
The Emergency Response Trailer is equipped with:
- Level A through Level D Personal Protective Equipment
- Chemical transfer and pumping equipment
- Air monitoring equipment
- Decontamination equipment
- Basic firefighting tools
- Containers for waste capture
- Materials to plug, patch and cap leaking containers
- Materials for neutralization or absorption of spills
- Containment booms
- Confined space equipment
The Emergency Response Trailer is also equipped to respond to compressed gases, high hazard materials and specialty applications, and to facilitate advanced techniques for ER. It includes chemical transfer and vessel purging equipment, and is capable of large event disaster response. It also provides a climate-controlled area for managers to use as office space at the jobsite.
All Hulcher environmental response trailers are comparably equipped so relief crews can step into a trailer from another division and immediately know what supplies are available. All equipment and materials in the trailers are maintained through a critical inspection process to ensure everything is serviceable, operational and fully stocked at all times.
By bringing all the tools and supplies to your jobsite, the trailers keep our crews working productively rather than waiting for a distant fabricator to create the fittings you need or a package to be shipped to the jobsite or a hotel.

The Emergency Response Trailer is used for Mechanical / Railroad Services, Environmental Services and Disaster Response. It can be deployed independently or in conjunction with other Hulcher equipment, like the Mobile Command Center, Mobile Food Van, backhoe / dump truck combo, excavator, wheel loader, track loader and hi-rail vacuum truck.
