Mobile Command Center

Hulcher Services' Mobile Command Center offers a complete state of the art communication and office facility on wheels for use at natural disasters or emergencies. The Mobile Command Center provides a dedicated, centralized office for the management and incident command functions that are critical to control emergency situations.

 

The Mobile Command Center is ready when you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It can be deployed within 60 minutes of your call, any time day or night. It is equipped with critical features for supporting remote communication and management functions, including:

• Self contained power source - generators
• Individual work stations for up to eight people
• Dedicated multiple phone line system, which can also accept multiple phone line drops
• Dedicated cellular phone, copier and fax machine
• Three satellite TVs for monitoring news, weather and two-way radio communication with base and portable units
• TVs include a VCR for previewing safety videos and/or site images
• Separate conference room with seating capacity for ten people
• Mobile Command Center can be used dually as an ER/Operations center and an administrative center, includes general office supplies
• Conference room contains multiple dry erase boards for planning sessions
• The conference room and work stations are separated by sliding glass doors for privacy. Each has its own climate control.
• Mobile Command Center includes a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
  

The Mobile Command Center is used for Mechanical / Railroad Services and Disaster Response. It can be deployed independently or in conjunction with other Hulcher equipment, like the Spill Response Trailer, Emergency Response Trailer, Mobile Food Van, backhoe / dump truck combo, excavator, wheel loader, track loader and hi-rail vacuum truck.
